At Chiropractic on Eagle, removing stress from your spine, spinal cord, and nervous system while bringing everything into balance is the core focus of Newmarket chiropractor, Dr. Jon Saunders. "I find that when people come to see us they just really want to know what is wrong with them. No one has ever taken the time or interest in showing or explaining in detail what is causing their health problems and more importantly how to correct them," explains Dr. Saunders.
We have a tremendous amount of experience looking after newborns, children, adults and seniors and welcome all those who are looking to enhance their health and quality of life. Families choose our practice because they want to take a natural approach to better health and wellness. Every patient receives a very thorough examination, including a thermographic nerve scan and in-office x-rays (if necessary). And while we rely on “high-tech” methods for diagnosis and treatment, we have never abandoned the old-fashioned skills of careful listening and personal attention. The approach we use with each patient is unique and suited to that patient's specific needs. We take a holistic approach to patient care and realize that everyone has different health goals. Our job is simply to get them to where they want to be.
Chiropractic on Eagle enjoys a high level of patient satisfaction because we explain everything to our patients in advance and then our focus shifts to correcting the problem as quickly as possible. And we are good at what we do. Regardless of how long you have been suffering, we believe you can regain your health.

A MISALIGNED SPINE IS OFTEN THE CAUSE OF PAIN
AND OTHER SPINAL-RELATED PROBLEMS -
WE ARE SPECIALISTS IN IDENTIFYING ALIGNMENT
PROBLEMS AND CORRECTING THEM, WHICH IS
WHY IT IS OUR MAIN FOCUS.
Chiropractic is a healing discipline firmly grounded in science, philosophy, and art. Although its main focus is the relationship between the spine and the nervous system that runs through it, chiropractic is concerned with the care of the entire body. Chiropractors use various diagnostic methods, including x-rays, infrared thermography, and other neurological testing to discover the state of your health and body function. We pay particular attention to your spine and nervous system, as this is the system that controls and influences your overall health.

Can chiropractic help me?
That is a good question. Chiropractic has helped millions get back to feeling their best. The only way to know if you are a good candidate for chiropractic is to have a thorough and detailed exam, something we are very good at. Regardless, we will let you know one way or another if we think you are a good candidate.
How much will my initial exam cost?
At Chiropractic on Eagle, we keep our initial exam fee low. Why? We know you are unsure whether or not chiropractic can help you. Our exam fee affords you the ability to have an assessment to see if you are a good chiropractic candidate. Oh, and our fee is inclusive of all required tests, even x-rays if necessary. Exclusive offer - get your coupon for a $40 exam ($120 value).
Do I need a referral to see a chiropractor?
You absolutely do not. Chiropractors are primary care providers, just like medical doctors. Our practice is based on over 90% word-of-mouth referrals from our existing patients, which we feel speaks volumes about the results we get.
What do adjustments feel like?
With the specialized techniques we use at Chiropractic on Eagle we are able to make your adjustments feel very comfortable. We are experts at making adjustments actually feel good. In fact, most people feel a sense of well-being, or calmness after an adjustment. Even our youngest patients love getting adjusted. Most of our infant patients sleep right through their adjustment, right in their parent’s arms!
How safe is chiropractic?
Modern chiropractic is one of the safest forms of healthcare available today. Insurance companies know this as well; therefore a chiropractor’s malpractice insurance costs a fraction of what a medical doctor pays. All that aside, our examination will determine whether or not you are a good candidate for chiropractic care.
How many adjustments will I need?
That varies from patient to patient. However, we pride ourselves in being able to get your spine corrected in the shortest time possible. Typically, the longer you have had a problem, the longer it may take to correct it. However, we also take into consideration your health goals.
Can babies/children/pregnant moms see a chiropractor?
Of course! Our doctors our specially trained in treating newborns, children and women during pregnancy and after giving birth. In fact, chiropractic has a great track record for helping with colic, asthma, indigestion, problems with sleeping, and helping mom’s-to-be have an easier delivery. The pressure used to adjust would be the same amount of pressure you would use to check the ripeness of a tomato, gentle yet effective.
Can I get chiropractic care after a spinal injury?
Yes. Special care will be taken to avoid areas in the spine that shouldn’t be moved. After spinal surgery, there is often a lot of compensation that creates spinal imbalances, which need to be addressed in the other areas of the spine.
Isn't some back pain normal?
Pain or any other symptom is normal if there is an underlying problem. Will it go away on its own? Maybe. However, it will likely return and progress. Please do not ignore any symptom. Be proactive and save time and money by correcting your problem as soon as possible.
Once I go, do I have to go forever?
Of course not! How long you decide to benefit from chiropractic is always up to you. Many patients decide to use chiropractic as part of their family’s wellness strategy to stay well long term, but that is always the patient’s decision.
