This is a great option for new patients looking to get started and better understand what may be causing their symptoms.

Important Note for Dizziness / Vertigo Patients

Dizziness / Vertigo Initial Exam: $150

Patients seeking care for dizziness or vertigo-related concerns require a more extensive assessment process.

Because of the additional history, screening, and testing often required, dizziness / vertigo assessments are not eligible for the online special.

This helps ensure we take the time needed to properly evaluate your symptoms and determine the most appropriate next steps.

Custom Orthotics

Custom Orthotics Assessment, Gait Analysis & Fitting: $450

We also offer custom orthotics for appropriate patients.

This includes:

• examination
• gait analysis
• fitting
• custom orthotics

Custom orthotics are often covered by many extended health care plans.
